I personally use a range of different approaches in sessions, depending on the issue, the client and how effective things are. Finding what is best for you is priority, having been trained in various techniques, I adapt my skills to suit you. I continue my professional development to ensure I am working in your best interests and always ethically.

Coaching is a great way to move forward with your life. this can be with all aspects of our lives, including friends, at work, relationships and general confidence in moving forward. After discussion we can tailor a session or set of sessions to help you move forward. These can be through an employer or personal, but always private and confidential.
